I work with the best guys in the world, i have the best used car manager in all of sonic without a doubt in my mind. My fellow sales guys always help and are always willing to be there when you need them.

Need to learn how to communicate nicely with each other and speak to co-worker when thy are spoke to in a greeting.

Set better goals and agendas for meetings and action items resulting from them. Be more proactive and less reactive.
