Its very consistent and they care about putting the applicant in the right role
Although it was a formal interview, the three people who interviewed me still managed to make the interview atmosphere relaxed. The interviewers asked some unique questions not typically discussed in other interviews

We have more than one person interview our applicants to make sure we have someone that will fit in our culture.
It was informative and required me to explain my experience and relate that to the position being interviewed for.
They gave me the opportunity to ask them a lot of questions to be sure I was comfortable with the fit. Was also organized with planed questions and assessments, and not just on the fly.
