What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always preparing ways for us to be ahead of competitors

We are all a big family and everyone cares. They are inclusive and allow all of us to speak.

Easily accessible and lots of communication

Our Executive Team is a great group of people who are transparent about the direction our company is headed in. I would like to see more Diversity in our Executive Team.

I have strong belief that the leadership of this organization as a clear picture of where we are going in the future.

They are proven performers, they are communicative to the staff, and seem to be well respected in our industry.

The leadership team is very visionary and agile.

They understand the business and when there is an issue, they are able to decipher if it is a weakness in the system or if it is a performance issue. They are very goal driven. Where there is an issue, it's an opportunity to make something better , not an opportunity to punish or dicipline.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually communicating with the team members and especially the leads. And also dont oay your leads the same as everyone else if you want them to do a whole lot

Being managers and not friends to these teenagers and trying to party with him and doing the job

The leadership team only cares for themselves, so they should probably learn to build a long term company rather than burn out their employees and then complain about turnnover.

Respect, dignity, communication and ego

Stop being old school car sales and more supportive of staff to get things done

Some of them are not visible at all within the company. Others are excellent to work with.
