The autonomy to do my work the way i think it should be done and then hold me accountable to the outcomes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They gave me the opportunity to ask them a lot of questions to be sure I was comfortable with the fit. Was also organized with planed questions and assessments, and not just on the fly.
