It isn't. The company is on the verge of shutting down because it is riddled with problems.
What do people at Sonicbox think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
They think he doesn't know what he's doing and should be replaced. It is impossible for someone so incompetent to improve in short enough time to repair the damage he's done.
How does Sonicbox make decisions around promotions?
No one actually knows. From what I can tell, so long as you never point out any kind of flaw in management's style or decisions you "might" get a promotion, or randomly fired. The company is all run on a whim.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Sonicbox?
Hourly paid was halted and became "independent contractors", not sure if even legal
