What is the best part about your compensation package?

not to the point now

Fifteen percent bonuses annually and open time off

Salary high compare to average same position in Netherlands

PTO and work life balance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lots of promises and under-delivered

Definitely feel that the men are paid more than the women. Health benefits not very inclusive. Open time off policy is a joke when you're still working in a startup-like environment with non-stop deliverables.
