Like family, always supportive and work harmonously
Moving faster, they take too much time to innovate. Gone are the days of being relentlessly progressive. I wish John McFarlane was back.
The corporate structure needs flattening badly. Way too many levels of middle management. Stop beating around the bush and start walking the walk instead of simply talking the talk! Invest in proper DEI training for all leadership. Don't be afraid of young blood and outside perspectives.
