The changes in leadership and culture over the past two years, from empowered and collaborative to directive and exclusive, have been the company's undoing, including the app debacle. There is very little chance of a Sonos comeback under the current leadership.
Make products repairable, not disposable.
Fix the basic ability to play music without dropouts and a fast and responsve experience. The app is horrid - im a product designer and it breaks so many UX best practices - really bad at pretty much everything it tries to do and much worse than the app it replaced.
Excellent and innovative company with very high quality peiducts
They broke the app two months ago and in that time, havent fixed it. Unlike other apps, with Sonos, when the app breaks you can use the hardware. So they need to fix the app because they just broke all of my hardware as a result, making it worthless.
