Definitely feel that the men are paid more than the women. Health benefits not very inclusive. Open time off policy is a joke when you're still working in a startup-like environment with non-stop deliverables.
The corporate structure needs flattening badly. Way too many levels of middle management. Stop beating around the bush and start walking the walk instead of simply talking the talk! Invest in proper DEI training for all leadership. Don't be afraid of young blood and outside perspectives.
