What are your coworkers at Sopheon like?
Willing to work as a team.
Really nice group of people to work with - most are super helpful, real, genuine and easy to work with and collaborate, and the more senior coworkers have really great experience and knowledge.
What's the office vibe like at Sopheon?
Work hard, play hard. Team oriented workplace with the ability to work in interesting projects and with a variety of skill levels.
Denver office vibe is really nice: professional, casual, relaxed, with plenty of humor thrown into the mix. We're doing software that's important for some of the worlds's biggest companies and that's both hard work and serious, but people keep their sense of humor and stay loose, upbeat, collaborative and helpful. Craft beer and regular outdoor picnics and games to enjoy the back patio in the summer help keep it light and foster good relationships.

Sopheon still has a very small company feel very much driven by sales and the next large deal. With that said, the engineering teams are fully agile and able to very rapidly deliver needs to the customers and company. A great place to work and solve meaningful problems.
