What's the internship program like at Sopheon?
We do not have one at this time.
What's the interview process like at Sopheon?
Some long interviews. But not an extended process.
What part of Sopheon's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The Client Services department is what is growing the fastest in terms of customer growth. However, we are not hiring quickly enough to keep up with demand.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Sopheon?
Have a more diverse workforce.
What do people at Sopheon think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I think he is generally well liked. He recently had a lunch & learn at the Denver office that was well received.
How's the work life balance at Sopheon?
Good! Sopheon provides a reasonable amount of paid time off and does not judge if you use it.
