Executive Bio

Jeff has spent nearly 30 years in healthcare on both the provider and payer sides. Most recently, he was CEO of Summit Health, the largest independent multispecialty and urgent care practice in the U.S. Prior to that, Jeff served as Executive Vice President for Anthem Health Solutions and President of IngenioRx, Anthem’s pharmacy division. He also was with UnitedHealthcare for 15 years, the last eight of which was spent as CEO for its employer, individual, and TRICARE business, United’s largest business segment. Jeff has served on the board of CityMD since 2017 and is a current board member for Summit Health, Anomaly, St. John’s University, Progenity, and the Long Island Association. His community-minded approach to healthcare is rooted in the belief that patient care should be equitable, local, compassionate, and accessible.
