Executive Bio
Dan joined Sound in 2022 and brings a wealth of experience, including 15 years as an executive compliance leader with Providence, UC San Diego Health, and UW Health, the integrated health system of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also practiced law as a healthcare attorney for 14 years. An experienced investigator and architect of corrective action plans, Dan leads Sound’s compliance team with the goal of putting the right guardrails in place to minimize risk. In his role, he’s focused on revenue cycle compliance, research, conflicts of interest, licensure and credentialing, privacy, and data security. Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Juris Doctor from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia.
