What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being punctual, and more interactive with the workers. Train more so there can be room for advancement.
Leadership should properly address expressed issued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits for full time employees are really good! Medical specifically.
They match our 401k up to 10%. They make you take at least 6% when you start. Which helps us have a future in our retirement

No particular thing. It's all good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Traditional old school benefits, I understand this is not a software company but why cannot all industries follow what's best for the employees.
