There’s at least a 3% raise every year, but the possibility to earn more. They’ve now started to include fertility benefits in their benefits package. IVF only. No surrogacy benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on thr national average for Engineers in nuclear amd speaking with my colleagues, we were paid far below the national average. Like 10s of thousands below.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work is very good
We work well as a team, i enjoy every moment with them. We are a family
Everyone is laid back and easy going
willingness to assist others when problem's arise

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It can be hit or miss with coworkers here. Some people are very helpful. Others will ignore emails, be vague and unhelpful or ignore communication for days.
Respectfully understanding each others abilities and qualifications to provide better internal communication
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being being inclusive with the employee

The culture is positive, respectful, one where I feel valued and cared for as an employee. I couldn't be happier.
Is just a work environment, with a friendly approach
Family work environment and plenty of opportunities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to work together more, but everyone is out for themself.
Make it obvious for people who are ambitious how they can move ahead and how they can succeed. Always just saying “talk to your manager” isn’t good enough.
The company is somewhat fairly reasonable true to promotions, although I could see an increase on job knowhow and experience for future job placements

Fairness with the process and the posting of all jobs

It wasn't intimidating or lengthy; they made a decision to hire very quickly

Interview process was very professional. You have several representatives to ask questions and they allow you time to answer and ask them questions as well.
