Great benefits package, future planning ability

Bonuses, health insurance and time off allocation
There’s at least a 3% raise every year, but the possibility to earn more. They’ve now started to include fertility benefits in their benefits package. IVF only. No surrogacy benefits.

It wasn't intimidating or lengthy; they made a decision to hire very quickly
