They help you out of the funk even though they're in the same abusive relationship with this company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They hit a lot of key points during the interview about what they look for in a worker. It was laid back and comfortable. How naive I was.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to issues and actually solving them . If you voice your truth you may be out of a job. They openly show they do not care about the issued you have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We exceed expectations and all they do is buy more competitors out and increase your workload. Pay me for the extra workload and hours. I average 72 hours a week by force!
