The asked in depth questions which leads me to believe they are finally seeking integrity driven people not just out for a paycheck but an opportunity for so much more.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Go back to basics and hire people whi have integrity and a strong work ethic. Trim the fat of the ones who are lazy, socialize too much or unproductive. Put people in charge that are Southwire driven and care about employees but arent buddy buddy with them.
