There is no finger pointing. We try to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They actually pay bonuses and benefits are lower at Southwire than any other company I previously worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open communication. I have said this before but it appears people do openly communicate and welcome feedback - even negative feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I am making a contribution. I also like the location of my office. I do not have to deal with traffic congestion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have met the CEO and a few other executives in person. They are down to earth. There is open communication at all levels in the company. I believe they care.
