I can only speak directly about the Lafayette Indiana location, but I do have some experience with other locations. Lafayette lacks solid leadership and commitment to employees. Company is doing many good things on the commercial side but is weak in manufacturing execution.

Team manages to accomplish what is needed even though support from management through equipment, tools, and safety is weak.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lafayette team lacks genuine concern for employees. In most cases they say the right things but fail to act with empathy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality is questionable, many complaints when cusotmers are checking every part of cable. When the wire is installed in a long run issues are not normally noticed.
