What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency into company performance and willingness to listen.
Approachable, have been supportive during a big transition
The Leadership team really listens. They provide the help needed, you just have to ask.
Hard workers and nice people
The technical leadership team is amazing. Really thoughtful, have empathy, and really help push the engineering organization forward.

It's competitive. The bonus plan is a great incentive.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people. The culture here attracts some raw, young talent.
Always willing to lend a hand or teach you something new. Very scrappy and thoughtful people
I work with the best team. We all support each other and never hesitate to jump in and help when needed.
Cross-functional, very collaborative, fun, learn from each other. Overall a solid team, I enjoy coming into work, they are like family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Passion for learning, even if it comes from making a mistake.
Flexibility in PTO and work schedule
Culture based on learning. Management is always asking if I feel that I am learning, if I need to get a cert, if I need to attend a training. Its the best.

It is well managed, respecting the candidates time as much as the interviewer.
Very prepared in the questions they asked. Very thoughtful, gave personal experiences and felt comfortable.

Solving hard problems, though many of the challenges are self imposed.
