SP Industries is currently going through organizational restructuring, so I don't know what the future will be but the people are nice and the pay is decent

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was repurposed into a lower role and not laid off but they cut my salary to the bare minumum allowed by law and I was not happy
