Mr. Steven J. Adolph, also known as Steve, has been President of International at Spar Group Inc. since June 21, 2016. Mr. Adolph served as Vice President of Business To Business Products Group and International Consumer Products at Oil-Dri Corp. of America since June 27, 2011. Mr. Adolph joined Oil-Dri Corp. from Cott Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Marketing - U.S. Prior to joining Cott Corporation, he had been Invacare Corporation's Chief Executive Officer for Australia, New Zealand and Asia and prior to that, Vice President of International for SentrySafe. During his 20-year career, Mr. Adolph has done business in more than 60 countries, holding executive positions for leading global consumer brands such as Equal, NutraSweet, Roundup, SentrySafe, Cat's Pride and Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia/Pacific for a leading provider of home medical equipment. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Duke University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Business.
