What does the leadership team need to get better at?The biggest problem at the company is Davy, the CEO. He is completely in over his head and has taken this company down a terrible path over the last few years. If the board has any interest in saving the company they should remove him as the CEO.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Actually discuss things and talk to each other about how you feel about the product. Stop only speaking to people within your silo, branch out and be open with one another. Listen to feedback, accept feedback, change things for the better.
