Stephen K. Guillaume — President of Specialty Chassis and Vehicles Business Unit at Spartan Motors

Mr. Stephen K. Guillaume, also known as Steve, has been President of Spartan Specialty Vehicles at Spartan Motors Inc. since September 20, 2016. Mr. Guillaume served as the President of Specialty Chassis and Vehicles Business Unit at Spartan Motors Inc. since May 11, 2015 until September 20, 2016. Mr. Guillaume joined Spartan Motors in January, 2015, as Vice President of New Business Development & Joint Ventures. In this role, Mr. Guillaume was responsible for managing Spartan's Joint Ventures and leading business development initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining the Company, he began his career in finance/accounting, before eventually progressing into a plant controller role. Later, Mr. Guillaume transitioned to business development and general management where he held numerous senior leadership positions with Navistar, a leading manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, defense vehicles and engines. He earned his Master's of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management and has an undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Business Administration/Finance.
