The company gives the hourly employees less in bonuses then salary employees by thousands of dollars
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful to one another but the team leaders need to learn to handle the pressure a lot better

Management needs to take basic leadership classes. Respect across the board

It was petty much the same that they all have been.

Knowing that I'm a part in the process of building fire truck and other trucks that are used in the shipping world.
