Not all great but the problem with turn over is ridiculous due to pay or bad leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to take basic leadership classes. Respect across the board

It was petty much the same that they all have been.

They have meetings and set goals for the company to help reach higher production.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company gives the hourly employees less in bonuses then salary employees by thousands of dollars

They are helpful to one another but the team leaders need to learn to handle the pressure a lot better
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm a part in the process of building fire truck and other trucks that are used in the shipping world.
