What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I get paid what my role is worth given the workload.
Comfortable salary with good benefits
Decent pay, internet bonus and good benefits
Flexibility in work environment and partially paid health insurance.
I enjoy the flexibility of being remote, allotted time off, and the health benefits are decent
Base salary is fair in the market
Plenty of PTO, especially with seniority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Revamp the leadership team immediately
Feedback not truly heard and doing the job of many being paid as one even though working as one proves beyter results.
The bonus structure is unattainable and the salary is average. Simply put, the compensation structure is fools gold.
A stock sharing program would be best
