There has been real effort over the past few months to take stock of employee engagement and put in place plans to improve it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a cohesive group of talented individuals, each with their own strengths. We genuinely care about each other and work well together to complete projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is relatively new here, but I have already noticed MANY positive changes - they genuinely care about employees and are putting plans in place to ensure the employee experience is improved.
