Feedback not truly heard and doing the job of many being paid as one even though working as one proves beyter results.
The bonus structure is unattainable and the salary is average. Simply put, the compensation structure is fools gold.

New C-Suite. Entirely New Management especially in Sales. Must build out a robust Marketing department to effectively drive leads (big and small).

Micromanagement at the Highest Level. Helicopter-Parenting to the 10th Degree. Either you hired us to do our jobs effectively or you don't trust us to do the jobs you are paying us to do.
Bad marketing of some good product
