Firstly communication and most definitely throughput.

The employees who actually do the work, right.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A new ELT team. Bring old ELT back and employees who knew what was going on.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with the employees who actually have the experience, being they're the ones completing the day to day functions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop getting rid of employees with knowledge. Listen to employees with knowledge. Stop making promises the company can't keep up with technology wise. Stop telling employees we're making numbers in sales but continue being strict with paying for things or hiring people who are extremely needed.
