The people I talk to on the phone each day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's a call center job with no skill-buidling.

Stop getting rid of employees with knowledge. Listen to employees with knowledge. Stop making promises the company can't keep up with technology wise. Stop telling employees we're making numbers in sales but continue being strict with paying for things or hiring people who are extremely needed.
