What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and good and I feel confident about where they are driving the business.
there is no chain of command of an organization chart all ideas count and are taken into consideration

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to what the employees want before making decisions. After the work is finished and the deadline hits is not the time to come in and change everything. More growth opportunities. Kinder more professional employees.
Acknowlege your workers. Dont be terrible people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well for what I do and the time off is competitive.

Listening to your employee's opinions and taking the time to connect more with everyone. Provide opportunities for advancement or assist in growth outside of the company.

We work well together. Everyone is kind and respectful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company needs to change the behavior at the top. The executive team need to treat each other and their employees with respect. Action needs to be taken for senior leaders who exhibit bad behavior. They intimidate the good employees from speaking up, speaking out and sharing solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They offer lots of PTO and vacation time.

Don't leave prospective candidates waiting for over an hour for an interview.

I love Bringing joy to children.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop the boys club of old age thinking and being stuck in their old ways. There are a few people at the top that need to be removed, otherwise, the company is going to continue to lose dollars and be driven into the ground.
