What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process for me was very transparent and all questions that I had were answered.
What makes you most happy at work?I am most happy when anther customer realizes that they made the right decision to switch to Spireon from a competing solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The executive team encourages employee feedback on improvements to processes and even the products that are offered.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Employee morale is now at an all-time low. Way too many feel undervalued and unappreciated. C-level management needs to listen to their employees for recommendations and changes.
