- What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is amazing. They are cohesive and work well together and value employee feedback. There are no smoke and mirrors at Spiro, everything is transparent. Employees like to work here because they feel valued and important and get to help make a difference.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is open and willing to help one another, it does not matter what department someone is in- everyone helps everyone. Spiro has a real team mentality- we win together, lose together, and laugh together along the way.
