Group interview to see cultural fit

I got a chance to meet with all of the VP's of the company and had a an opportunity to get some one-on-one time with the CEO to learn about the mission and vision. Which was followed by meeting a group of employees that gave me insights into the culture fit.

I love being able to work collaboratively with other teams. I also love that as a startup we work closely with leadership to make Spiro better and we have so much fun working together on new ideas and brainstorming our next effort.
