What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is amazing. They are cohesive and work well together and value employee feedback. There are no smoke and mirrors at Spiro, everything is transparent. Employees like to work here because they feel valued and important and get to help make a difference.

The leadership team is very accessible and open to feedback. They make it a point to check in with everyone regularly to ensure that the company is running smoothly and everyone is taken care of. By far the best company culture I've ever experienced.
