Spiro is an exciting company to work for. Leadership is extremely transparent and values the employees. We focus heavily on building great relationships with customers, and on being consultative to provide value. All the departments work together to be aligned toward the same goals. Great place.
Working at Spiro has been wonderful. Everyone collaborates on things together and we wear a ton of hats, there is a communal sense of comradery and pride in Spiro that makes coming to work exciting and worth it. Our leadership team values employees and it makes all the difference.

How's the vacation policy at Spiro Technologies?
It's really good; we have an "unlimited vacation" policy, which sounds strange, but what it means is that you don't have a set amount -- it's whatever you and your manager think fits into your schedule. So far no-one has abused it, and have been happily taking time off.
