What makes you most happy at work?

The people, and solving customer problems.

I love being able to work collaboratively with other teams. I also love that as a startup we work closely with leadership to make Spiro better and we have so much fun working together on new ideas and brainstorming our next effort. The people are all amazing too which makes coming to the office easy
