What is the best part about your compensation package?
it seems good to me
Probably Deliveroo still. Also, "Work from anywhere you want".
Pre-covid used to be yearly travel allowance
Pro rated bonus. This will help newly joined employees even in probation period
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Similar mistakes starting to be made again. Unrealistic workload / deadlines being agreed to. Work needs to be planned better. Pay needs to be fair & market value
What are some of the best things about your team?
great teamwork to get the things done
Most of the times they are helpful, and not afraid to ask something, if they need help.
Helpfull and always willing to assist
willing to share the knowledge and teach. they also are kind and positive

When I know that there will be a busy day, with interesting tasks
Almost never boring tasks and autonomy
to work with team whose can solve the issue together, open for discussion and have a good manager
Working with my teams, learning and developing my skills, releasing an awesome product
