Customer service has been terrible. Our website has been down for 5 days and we are unable to get a real person to connect with and no commitment to resolve. As of currently, it is not fixed. So unreliable !

  • Like many places, it really depends on the position. In some areas you can have an interview and be hired within a week. In others, it can take over a month.

  • I think the reach is ever growing, which is fantastic. There are core parts of the product that work perfectly for basic needs. I think one area of improvement would be to focus less on creating new products and put a greater focus on continual ease of use and updating existing products to address bugs and easier use for the user. It doesn't always need to be a flashy new feature, but a basic simplification of messaging for teams, for example.

  • There is definitely a lot of hard work to be done, and the expectations are high, but the company is also careful in not piling on too much, and encourages taking advantage of the PTO offered.
