What's the office vibe like at SportsEngine?
Very casual and relaxed. The office is beautiful and very comfortable, with a lot of the start-up feel still alive.

There's usually at least one interview or segment that is completely focused on fit within the culture. Otherwise it's pretty standard, position-dependent questions
What's the interview process like at SportsEngine?
Like many places, it really depends on the position. In some areas you can have an interview and be hired within a week. In others, it can take over a month.
What part of SportsEngine's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
I think the reach is ever growing, which is fantastic. There are core parts of the product that work perfectly for basic needs. I think one area of improvement would be to focus less on creating new products and put a greater focus on continual ease of use and updating existing products to address bugs and easier use for the user. It doesn't always need to be a flashy new feature, but a basic simplification of messaging for teams, for example.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SportsEngine?
I think a greater focus on support and actually listening to what customers are asking for and then striving to meet those needs in the best way possible.

I haven't heard a bad thing about the CEO!
