    There is increase competition in our companies line of products. The C-Level refuses to become price competitive and waste money on bad marketing ideas and blames the generation for why sales are bad.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Ideas brought forward are disregarded only to have others higher up reintroduce your idea 6-12 months later as their idea. Let to play janitor to other peoples poor planning and execution.
