What did you like most about the interview process?I interview years prior, and the process was natural, relaxed and down to Earth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people on my team have become my friends that I vacation with and spend my personal time.
What are some of the best things about your team?The team I work with are really knowledgeable and support each other even in after hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is increase competition in our companies line of products. The C-Level refuses to become price competitive and waste money on bad marketing ideas and blames the generation for why sales are bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Ideas brought forward are disregarded only to have others higher up reintroduce your idea 6-12 months later as their idea. Let to play janitor to other peoples poor planning and execution.
