What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent and available to the entire company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Investing in their product. Market research. Retaining talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent salary and unlimited PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is lower than standard but they have free healthcare.
Compensation is too low. Give equity instead of options. Well, maybe not, since the company isn’t going anywhere anyways. Just give the compensation, actually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well together and the company has potential.
Individuals with a shared vision; mis-alignments are resolved openly and with respect.
There are a couple people left at Spreedly who are intelligent and capable.

Openness and transparency are truly embraced across the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Spreedly is a sinking ship. There’s nothing special about the product. Reckless decisions from management will alienate users.
