Mr. Bradley S. Lukow, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. since March 1, 2016 and has been its Principal Accounting Officer since June 24, 2016. Mr. Lukow has been Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Number Holdings, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation since January 07, 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of 99 Cents only Stores LLC from January 12, 2015 to June 24, 2015. Mr. Lukow served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation. He has 20-year career at Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation where he was responsible for all finance, strategy, real estate development, information technology and business development functions. Mr. Lukow served as the finance lead in the initial public offering of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation in 2001. Prior to Shoppers, Mr. Lukow served in various roles at Loblaw, including financial reporting, budgeting and planning, taxation and internal audit from 1990 to 1994. He began his career at Ernst & Young. Mr. Lukow is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
