He is also the author of two business books, Built to Serve: How to Drive the Bottom Line with People-First Practices and Equipped to Lead: Managing People, Partners, Processes and Performance. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management and a B.A. from Lubbock Christian University. .
