What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very strategical, good vision, able to adapt to the macro economic environment
Great leadership team with good policies.
Good communication and laid back
Leadership team is very supportive.
They seem genuinely interested in me and my well being

Stop micromanaging there's no more human factor here
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent salary, ok pension, low raises
Standard annual salary and bonuses
It is comparable to what I have received elsewhere
It's not bad. The bonus program could be better understood but it is competitive.
The whole package and that they are continuously evaluating it for the best offerings.

Everyone is really focused on the company objectives
Good leadership and helpful co workers
All are competent, and interested in meeting customer needs
They have your back. Work well with each other,great dynamic
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop all the gossip and a lying. Upper management needs to quit putting their favorites above all the rest

The support everyone is giving each other

Having clear goals and tools for achieving them
Solving real problems that help customers meet the needs of their customers. In many instances that really benefits me and mine, indirectly, because I too am a customer of our customers.
