Transparent, clear vision, motivational, inspiring

Hire quality leaders to run the place
Just go ahead and close the company. They can't bring this out of the deep well that it is in already.
Leadership needs to stop making changes. They're caught in a downward spiral of bad decisions and negative outcomes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Disability insurance was a good package
Being laid off will make it more enjoyable.
The company offers good benefits, competitive pay, and matches 401k contributions.
Great PTO accrual rate, base salary, and retirement plan.

There is nothing but poor communication all around.

Colleagues supported each other in a meaningful way
Great work-life balance and flexible work schedule.

There is no support from teh leadership on down to the basic level.

Upper management is creating barriers to be able to satisfy clients
It can't be improved. Don't bother. Just shut the lights off and lock the door behind you as you leave.
