Communication is not there, management is cold and there is no feeling of appreciation for what you do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Year end profit sharing bonus. I once got a $40,000 year end bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The members of my team were all so afraid of the misogynistic bigot boss that everyone became more and more like him to try to keep their jobs until work became unbearable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the bigots and misogynists. It’s a hostile work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The misogynist hadn’t been hired yet so I got to interview with intelligent reasonable people who still had their soul

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
High prices. People see it and walk away.
I get treated like a scapegoat for everything that goes wrong in our department.

The compensation package is well above average.
