My unit manager is amazing and in touch with how nursing works. Genuienly trying to improve the working conditions on our unit as much as he can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You're pushed to your limit with promises it will get better for it to get worse. They will try make shortcuts anywhere to save money. CEO and higher ups genuienly act like its a buisness and not healthcare. Do not care if your loved one has a bad outcome- every bed is filled regardless of staffing
