Fairly quick and easy process. Good communication with the talent acquisitionist.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing employees for their accomplishments instead of only pointing out failures. Need higher wages
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better recognition, appreciation, and respect for employees.Higher wages, better benefits, and more guidance and support for employees well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I were making at least $40/hr. This is a demanding, high stress job that requires a lot of skill and the education and continuing education required for it as well should justify the need for higher pay.
